Our newly renovated South Calgary office is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our clients, providing high-quality counseling, assessment, and consultation services for all ages.We are seeking a Clinic Manager who combines leadership, operational excellence, and a people-first approach to oversee our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with experience in healthcare management or transferable skills from other industries, who thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or management roles, preferably in a healthcare or counseling setting.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with clinic management software (e.g., Jane App), accounting tools, HR platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of supervising and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • A people-first mindset, with the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, including client intake, scheduling, and administrative workflows, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic growth and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee policy development and ensure compliance with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of staff to build and sustain a high-performing team.
  • Leverage clinic management tools (e.g., Jane App) and other systems to optimize operations.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and community outreach initiatives.
  • Analyze caseload trends and implement strategic improvements to enhance workflows and service delivery.
