Job description: Job Description:Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Collections Analyst to join their dynamic team for a full time role.As the Collections Analyst your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:
- Notifying clients of overdue payments and accounts by telephone, mail, and email – including timely follow up if a reply is not received
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records
- Report on collection activity
- Preparation and sending of invoices
- Aging reports
- Accounts Receivable reconciliations
- Other duties as required
Requirements:Advance your career as a Collections Analyst with our client. The successful Collections Analyst will possess the following:
- Previous collections experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
