If your calling is to be the “difference” by providing outstanding care, then a Health Care Career with Bayshore is the Perfect Fit for YOU!About our FLOAT PSW Role:Our FLOAT PSWs work in the Greater Hamilton/Burlington Area, earning guaranteed weekly or bi-weekly income. FLOAT PSWs commit to being available every weekend or every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, for ON-CALL FLOAT SHIFTS – 8a-1p, and STAT holidays. We also seek some evenings from 5p-10p. Workday assignments are communicated at the beginning of the day or the day prior to the on call float shift. Additional availability to work weekday hours is also accepted by the company. Additional hours are assigned on a casual basis, as per business needs.In return for being available for on call float shifts, Bayshore provides GUARANTEED PAY: five hours per on-call float shift, regardless if scheduled for work, or not.Are you a certified PSW or internationally trained nurse interested in earning guaranteed pay while providing support to clients in Hamilton/Burlington?

QualificationsQualifications your currently have:Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle along with PSW diploma or equivalent.Must be willing to see home care clients across all of the Greater Hamilton/Burlington Area.Must be ready and able to work same day work assignments that are communicated at the beginning of the work day or the day prior to the float shift.Must be available every other weekend OR every weekend – Saturday and Sunday – from 8a-1p.Evening availability is a plus, from 5p-10p.As Canada’s largest and best homecare company, join us as we continue our 50+ year tradition of supporting our PSWs to make “being the difference” a Career!Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
