We are currently looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role within our mechanical and electrical divisions.What’s in it for you

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Site Superintendents with the coordination and administration of the job sites as requested
- Assist with project setup
- Assist with project documentation management
- Help Project Managers with project vendor setup and management
- Assist with project change management
- Assist with project close out documentation
- Assist with project proposals
- Assist the Project Managers with distributing, compiling, tracking, follow up and logging of project changes
- Respond to telephone, e-mail and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners and other parties in a prompt manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an administrative role
- Construction experience would be considered an asset
