  • Supervise the construction crew

  • Complete all work orders and associated paperwork

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction crew supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
  • Experience in performance management and coaching
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours
