With the support of our leadership team and peers, our people are encouraged to share their perspectives.Job PurposeThe Construction Estimator is a critical position within the Waiward Construction Estimating Team and supports the Construction & Maintenance operations team through expert RFP evaluation, identifies labour, material and subcontractor requirements to successfully execute the project and to bolster the proposal submission. Working ConditionsThe incumbent is required to work in an office environment with moderate noise. The job may require the incumbent to walk stairs; be outside in inclement weather (slippery surfaces and cold); carry objects, drive and be exposed to normal office routines.Physical RequirementsThe incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time; and extensive reading.
