Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Construction Estimator. Our client, based in Red Deer, is expanding into Calgary. The successful candidate will be able to work from either city.DescriptionThe Role:

• Renovation estimating, quoting and logistics
• Ensuring pricing and estimation figures are accurate and updated
• Preparing contracts, letters and drawings
• All related documentation including entry into appropriate systems
• Ordering materials and tracking to ensure on-time delivery
• Working closely with Sales Reps, Project Managers and Designers
• Occasional Site Visits
• Attending team meetings

• A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential construction estimating
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional presentation and demeanor
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer software
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
