As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete construction, including curbs, sidewalks, and other structures. - Plan, organize, and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications, and ensure work is completed according to requirements.
- Monitor quality control and ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and expertise in concrete construction.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures on the job site, including conducting safety meetings, inspections, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications and qualities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with a focus on residential and municipal projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Thorough knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
