• Responsible for adhering to the BMS Construction Management documentation
• Ensure all site activities are performed in a safe, environmentally responsible manner with integrity and quality delivering Wood HSSE targets
• Promote Wood safety standards
• Promote Wood Core Values
• Provide leadership in addressing safety objectives for all Construction Management activities
• Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance
• Provide Construction Method Statements and input to FEED study documents
• Deliver Construction input from project kick-off through to system handover
• Conduct surveys and generate reports
• Coordinate resources to execute the work scopes
• Review design documents and provide Constructability input
• Input to HAZIDs / HAZOPs as required (Construction Management Manager to appoint a suitable person / delegate)
• Conduct Constructability / Readiness reviews (Construction manager to appoint suitable person / delegate
• Performance managing the Construction Management teams at fabrication/Construction sites
• Attend client and project specific meetings
• Management of progress efficiency
• Support individual development within the Construction Management function

Qualifications:

• More than 20 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within Oil & Gas is considered an asset
• PMP designation is an asset
• Trades certification an asset
• Professional communication
• Well versed with Microsoft Office Suite
