• Maximum Salary: $65,000/year
• Shift Timing: 5 am until roughly 5 pm – This isn’t your typical 9-5 job. This is a place where people can create and succeed, where their ideas can be heard, where they get paid for their performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams
• Develop project schedules and timelines
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques

Expected salary: $65000 per year
