Become part of our global network of skilled engineers, scientists, auditors, planners and environmental specialists, all working together to leave this world better than we found it.Who are we looking for?As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in rewarding work on construction projects including industrial process, power generation projects, water and wastewater treatment and environment remediation. The Project Coordinator will support the project team in the execution of all phases of project delivery.Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of budgets, cost estimates, and correspondence
  • Occasional assistance in proposals and business development
  • Occasional assistance with the preparation of construction cost estimates and budgets
  • Preparation of supporting documentation including technical specifications, scope of work, bill of materials, databases, testing plans, schedules, and related contract documents
  • Assist in procurement phase including development of scopes of work, purchase orders, change orders
  • Coordination and liaison with clients, suppliers, sub-consultants and sub-contractors
  • Attend onsite meetings including preparation of agendas and meeting notes
  • Inspect field work to ensure accordance with plans and specifications
  • Coordination and support of onsite logistics
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Prepare closeout documentation and Operations and Maintenance Manuals

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

  • A construction, architecture, electrical or mechanical engineering degree/diploma and 0 to 2 years of construction experience, or an equivalent combination of technical training and industry experience
  • Self-motivated, with strong desire to learn
  • Well organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Must be able to be a part of cross-functional teams with the ability to relate well and cooperate with other members of the team, to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
  • Computer literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD, and MS Project
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to project sites
  • G class driver’s license
