Job description: Position Summary: As an experienced Project Coordinator, you will support various projects administratively and from a business perspective. You’ll work closely with the Construction team during preconstruction and construction phases to ensure on-time, quality project completion, cost control, and strong stakeholder relationships.Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Develop estimates and prepare tender/bid analyses.
  • Manage project setups, documents, and contracts using Procore.
  • Monitor expenditures and manage costs according to the budget.
  • Prepare and update project budgets and reports.
  • Coordinate procurement, draft contracts, and track changes.
  • Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of construction experience in BC, preferably with a general contractor or builder-developer.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
  • Familiarity with commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
  • Knowledge of the BC construction industry and Building Code.
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Salary: $65,000 to $90,000

Expected salary: $65000 – 90000 per year

Location: Vancouver, BC
