This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

  • Accurately prepare detailed shop drawings and schedules using architectural drawings and hardware detailing as per specifications;
  • Coordinate project hardware, estimating, material, and quantity take off;
  • Manage the logistics of moving goods from the vendor to the customer;
  • Maintain ongoing communication with construction project managers and site superintendents;
  • Monitor and report all information to the project manager regarding ordering, supply, progression, and coordination of products;
  • Coordinate project documentation, change orders, technical drawings, progress claims, and quality control documentation in support of the project life cycle;
  • Constantly update product knowledge;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting and have strong organizational abilities.

Your Experience:

  • Ideally, you will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the industry;
  • Proven ability to apply technical knowledge and code requirements associated with production and review of technical drawings;
  • Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware);
  • Architectural technology background is considered an asset;
  • CET designation and/or AHC credentials considered an asset.

  • Creative problem solver who works in a professional manner;
