Bring your friends along and earn a $500 referral reward.Job SummaryThe Project Estimator Coordinator role requires a background in construction estimating and familiarity with Procore software. The candidate must have a strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and the PEI Building Code, and be able to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include assisting with project closeout, estimating changes to contracts, maintaining project document control, assisting the Superintendent with operational tasks, implementing and monitoring Quality and Safety Plans, preparing purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders, and performing various administrative tasks. The candidate will also assist the Estimating team when required, coordinate with team members to ensure project goals are met, and conduct regular site visits. Qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, credentials in Construction Management, Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent experience, over 2 years of project coordination experience, over 1 year of experience estimating construction projects, ability to manage multiple project schedules, attention to detail, effective communication skills, ability to handle pressure, strong knowledge of building codes and construction standards.Job Duties
