As a Mechanical Project Manager at FLINT, you’ll spearhead the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems within our diverse range of ventures.Key Responsibilities:Mechanical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth understanding of mechanical systems, particularly in the piping sector, to oversee the successful implementation of projects, including shutdowns and turnarounds.Contract and Resource Management: Effectively manage contracts and resources, optimizing utilization to meet project objectives within defined budgets and timelines.Safety and Quality Assurance: Uphold FLINT’s commitment to safety and quality by ensuring that mechanical installations meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to set clear expectations and maintain professional communication channels, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to field teams, inspiring a culture of excellence and accountability aligned with FLINT’s core values.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction or industrial project management, with a focus on mechanical.Education: A combination of relevant education and practical experience in business or project management.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in software systems for estimating and project management, with a strong technical aptitude in mechanical principles.Certification: Journeyperson Trade certification or a related post-secondary degree is advantageous.Safety Standards: Thorough understanding of human resources and HSE standards, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.Perks and Benefits:
