This firm has a strong focus on client experience and has created a positive work culture, ensuring sustained growth and a fantastic reputation in the local industry.With an influx of new projects in the buildings division, we are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join this reputable team.About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:

• Progressive experience building high-quality ICI and residential projects, preferably in a general contracting or construction management setting
• Experience with various contracts, including construction management and stipulated price
• Sound construction methodology, knowledge of OBC, and construction technology
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead, direct and support junior staff
• Passionate about the role, with the desire to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Highly organized and methodical with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Relationship builder with effective negotiating and conflict-resolution skills
