Job description: This is an exciting opportunity to join an established ICI general contractor dedicated to complex renovation projects across the institutional, health care and hospital sectors.Due to current growth, the organization is looking to secure an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following;

• Manage the day to day site operations for a healthcare construction project
• Ensure the project is delivered on budget and schedule
• Coordinate, schedule and manage all trades on site
• Report project progress to the PM and all key stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times

• Strong background working with ICI general contractors with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care and hospital interior renovation projects
• Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market
• Strong technical, computer and management skills
• Educational background in engineering or construction related field

Our client is an established ICI general contractor dedicated to institutional health care and hospital construction projects across the GTA and Toronto Core. They are a well established business serving many reputed institutional clients.Competitive compensation package including:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Expected salary: $100000 – 130000 per year
