Job description: A Site Superintendent is a professional who supervises the work in the field, including organization, planning, scheduling
to complete the work on time within budget and to the correct quality.

• Developing on site plans and procedures for ICI building projects
• Complete a brand new hotel build from start to occupancy
• Maintain a high level of health and safety on the job site
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labor materials
• Creating and updating progress schedules
• Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
• Making sure the job is completed on time and under/on budget
• Communicating with all stakeholders involved

• 10+ years progressive construction experience mainly with ICI construction management firms in the GTA
• Experience building at least one brand new hotel from start to finish
• Experience in New Build ICI construction projects ranging in value from $15M-$60M
• Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
• Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
