Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for providing project supervision
Scheduling, logistics, and completion of projects safely, on time, and on budget
Quality control functions are an important requirement
Supervise all onsite aspects of the construction of large, complex, technically challenging and rewarding projects
Plan work and document the plan via written schedules
Utilize knowledge of Alberta Building Code and standards, and ability to complete work with adherence to these guidelines
Qualifications:
10+ years’ of experience in industrial and commercial construction, in a superintendent supervisory role
Trade certification or relevant technical diploma
Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, and safety regulations
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Strong problem solving ability and follow through
Professional written and oral communication skills
