If this sounds like an opportunity for you, apply today!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SITE SUPERVISORAs a Site Supervisor, your day revolves around overseeing and optimizing on-site construction operations with precision and effectiveness. Leading a dedicated team, you’ll apply your expertise in coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and upholding quality standards. Your responsibilities include providing immediate direction to onsite crews, monitoring project progress, and communicating updates to all stakeholders. Whether inspecting project sites, reviewing project schedules, or authorizing time sheets, your keen attention to detail and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving project success and exceeding client expectations. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, your leadership will be essential in achieving our company’s objectives and delivering exceptional restoration services.QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to tasks and projects.
• Previous experience in construction or related industries, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction Supervisor/Foreman position within the restoration/emergency (or related) industry, demonstrating a proven track record.
• Familiarity with Xactimate is considered a strong asset.
• Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for properties that have suffered water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damages.
• Knowledge of building codes and related regulations, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation, capable of effectively communicating with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work on-call for after-hours emergency work, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
• Must possess a clean criminal record and a valid driver’s license.
• Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
