YOUR ROLEIf you love getting your hands dirty and working as part of a dynamic team, we’ve got the perfect job for you as a Construction Team Member. You’re all about learning, collaboration, safety, and staying true to our core values. You get to work on agricultural and rural residential projects, all while being guided by our awesome Site Supervisor.Your main tasks include:

• Executing various construction-related duties
• Operating equipment such as earth compactors, elevating/mobile work platforms, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet project milestones and uphold superior work standards
• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to uphold a secure working environment consistently
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and team members to ensure project objectives are comprehended and achieved

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of the POST Shop in Alma, ON (we offer per-kilometer travel reimbursement for distances greater than 35 kilometers from home)
• Previous experience in construction or related field (preferred)
