Your Role:
- General Labour: Tasks include digging, sweeping, cleaning, carpentry, concrete work, and assembling structures.
- Material Handling: Help load, unload, and move materials around the site.
- Site Prep and Cleanup: Keep the worksite safe and organized.
- Assist Skilled Tradespeople: Work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning from the best!
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and participate in daily safety meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous construction experience on a commercial site is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks while working in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to showing up on time, every time.
- Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and safety in everything you do!
- Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Clean Driverâs License: A clean Class 5 driverâs license is a bonus and may be required for some duties.
