Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience teaching/coaching adults. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
- an entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to build strong relationships across the organization; and
- a high level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
