Job description: Senior IT ConsultantOur Calgary client is searching for a Senior IT Consultant to join their team. This position will appeal to individuals who are highly motivated and enjoy a dynamic and fast paced environment.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Assist with audits of systems, networks, and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Work with external auditors helping respond to requests as well as challenging the status quo
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to information systems and processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, security measures, and governance frameworks to ensure system integrity and data protection.
• Mentor and guide junior staff

Your strengths include:

• IT Audit experience with a big 4 and SOX 404 client
• Experience in IT General Controls, IT Application Controls
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
