Job description: Part-Time Controller ConsultantThis position offers an extraordinary opportunity for the successful candidate to gain invaluable experience. We are looking for a Part-Time Controller Consultant to join our client’s team in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all financial information.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Full-cycle reporting for month and year-end
• Establish profit-centers and design and produce associated reports to analyze units owned
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Streamline financial processes and procedures
• Produce all ad-hoc reports as required by stakeholders
• File government returns as needed

Your strengths include:

• CPA designation desirable but not necessary.
• Prior experience in real estate would be a nice to have.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
