Therefore, we are seeking a Contractor- Financial Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. This dynamic role will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, managing schedules, communications, and financial reports while ensuring seamless organization, translation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Your Background

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, alongside strong financial and organizational skills.
  • A specialized assistant will increase productivity, improve financial reporting accuracy, and support efficient decision-making.

Your Role with Our Team

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain exceptional organization and time management to ensure efficient operations and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, providing written and verbal support as needed.
  • Translate financial reports and presentations accurately between English and Mandarin.
  • Ensure a high level of detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to support executive functions.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and interpreting reports to aid decision-making.
