Job description: Job Description:Robert Half is currently representing a highly respected client seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Controller with experience in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations as they relate to the organization’s financial management.Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
- Provide insights on the financial health of the organization
- Comply government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Prepare all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports
- Coordinate with the management team to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide comprehension and cooperation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Controller, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting.
- Familiarity with financial and operational software systems
- A proven ability to get along effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
