We go above and beyond to protect and grow relationships by anticipating needs, being honest and considerate, and valuing customers as genuine partners.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Project CoordinationReview Landlord obligations, lease agreement and/or capital project objectives.Prepare, monitor, and maintain project budgets.Source and hire consultants applicable for projects and communicate requirements.Review, amend and advise on drawings and specifications.Produce, issue and track design review letters.Produce tender packages, review, and award.Coordinate permit activity.Manage contracts including establishment of preliminary estimates, procure contractors in compliance with company process and ensure contracts are fulfilled.Maintain, track and review project cost sheets to initiate release of funds.Develop construction schedules and planning resources.Construction related orientation and adherence of Building Rules & Regulations and H&S Policy.Lead contractor site meetings, report project status and related issues directly to the project stakeholders to ensure project progress.Maintain and distribute official project documentation.Coordinate and attend final project inspections, track deficiencies report, and ensure project completion.Administer project close-out.AdministrationAttend general office meetings.Drawing reproduction and filing.Track environmental and sustainability documentation as required.Assist in project approval process.Maintain construction building Manuals, Rules and Regulations and Policies.Track Lease documentation and Landlord obligations.To succeed in this role, you:Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in design and/or construction coordination.Have completed a 2-year College Diploma or a University Degree in Business Management, Construction Management and/or related field.A project management certification such as PMP will be considered an asset.Broad understanding of project coordination in interior construction systems, including architectural, mechanical, and electrical is an asset.Thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt.Are driven to achieve results and continuously strive to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking.Have proven project management skills and are capable of multi-tasking.Possess strong communication skills.Demonstrated high attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.Experience in reviewing Architectural and MEP Drawings will be considered an asset.Are full proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam etc.Experience in Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Project preferred.Our story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
