The Corporate Accountant will support full-cycle accounting and play a key role in financial reporting, project analysis, and process improvement.Corporate Accountant responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for the corporate entity
- Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support internal reporting related to real estate projects and investments
- Assist with year-end preparations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
The successful candidate has:
- 3 or more years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate or a project-based environment
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency with SAGE
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first approach
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range is $70,000 â $85,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
