The Corporate Accountant will support full-cycle accounting and play a key role in financial reporting, project analysis, and process improvement.Corporate Accountant responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for the corporate entity
• Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support internal reporting related to real estate projects and investments
• Assist with year-end preparations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency

The successful candidate has:

• 3 or more years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate or a project-based environment
• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
• Proficiency with SAGE
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first approach

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range is $70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
• Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
