  • Manage a team while providing guidance, support, and coaching for development.
  • Provide support to teams by assisting with the resolution of escalated issues from customers, agencies, or managers.
  • Operate as a prime contact for financial inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain communicative relationships with all stakeholders and ensure that accurate information and reporting is provided.
  • Work with the CFO to negotiate loans and banking service agreements
  • Make recommendations for efficiency improvements to accounting procedures and policies.
  • Prepare and review cost allocations, and perform regular reviews and adjustments on internal controls, reporting, and timelines.
  • CPA designation is required
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of senior accounting experience
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
