– Permanent full time Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm

– Communicate with customers by phone and/or email
– Process orders in a fast-paced environment
– Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and availability
– Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.
– Work with customers to resolve shipping requests and order status questions
– Provide updates on shipments
– Booking incoming and outgoing freightQualifications
– Ability to stay organize and to prioritize tasks
– 2 years’ experience in customer service (logistics/transportation/trucking)
– Experience with TMW, Synergize, SAP and MS Office programs an asset
– Must have the ability to effectively manage time and complete required tasks
– Bilingual (French and English)
– Knowledge of SAP an assetSummary
