- Efficiently respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages from both staff and customers
- Process, respond, and manage support tickets
- Build customers’ confidence with knowledgeable solutions to inquiries/issues
- Update and maintain database records
- Other duties as required
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- 1 2 years experience in a customer service position, ideally within a ticket-based environment
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Superior communication skills
- Motivated work ethic with the ability to optimize processes and time
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
