Job description: Dealer Support CoordinatorOur client is searching for a Dealer Support Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for representing the brand with key customers across North America. A successful candidate will have a strong customer support mindset, a keen eye for detail and a natural disposition towards service.Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Enter dealer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist dealers through responses to inquires by phone and email and they arise
- Support dealer sales management programs and implement and deliver these programs to the customers
- Build and manage educational components for dealer support including product training, lunch and learns, web-hosted support sessions and others
- Provide e-commerce platforms sales support including Amazon and others
- Refund process administration including customer service, tracking and shipping/receiving administration
- Deliver timely resolution of order and product issues
- Support retail sales channel management
- Serve as an escalation point for other customer support representatives
Your strengths include:
- Strong customer service skills, including de-escalation, upselling, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Familiarity with soft-phone systems
- Microsoft Office skills, including word processing
- Experience with commercial or wholesale sales/dealer channel would be an asset
- Attention to detail for order entry, follow up and customer service
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- True sense of urgency and drive to solve problems at a customer level
- Natural energy and enthusiasm for customer service and delivering the brand promise
