Provide great service, specific expertise and actionable advice to support Associate-Owners and their staff in delivering the best health, beauty and convenience services to Canadians.Why this role is important?What you’ll do:Provide exceptional customer experience to clientsContact customers prior to deliveriesDeliver orders to clients, and review any special delivery requestsEnsure logs and proper paperwork are completed according to established guidelinesSet-up equipment in client’s homeAnalyze and repair basic mobility devices and restore to working stateEnsure authorization has been completed before initiating repairsInstruct clients in the proper use of productProvide basic assessment and quotes on repairsReference the manufacturer manuals, diagrams as support for issues that are proving more difficultAccountable for tools providedProvide instruction on proper and safe use of equipment, as requiredFollow cash handling policies and proceduresPerform general warehouse duties – shipping, receiving, stocking shelves, pickingResponsible for regular maintenance and cleanliness of vehicle, daily vehicle checkDemonstrate a professional image, including clean and complete uniform with name badgeObserve and align with all health and safety regulations and company policiesLearn and understand new products and servicesPerform other duties as requiredCommitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belongingWhat you bring:Valid driver’s license in good standing, with a clean driving recordAbility for heavy lifting (as much as 75-100 lbs.) is required.Mechanical proficiency an assetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible to work various shifts and work on-call if requiredAvailable for on-call services outside regular business hoursPrevious delivery skills an assetPrevious Healthcare industry experience an assetHigh School DiplomaWhy work at Shoppers Drug Mart?Acting as consultants, supporting internal customers and the Associate-Owners, you will get experience unique to the retail industry while working for an award-winning national brand.
