Reporting to the Senior Director, Healthcare Strategy and Transformation, this role will support the advancement of the Connected Health Network (CHN) strategy across the organization. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute clinical programs and coordinate health and wellness communication activities.What you’ll do:Develop new clinical programs aligned to the execution of the Connected Health Network strategyOversight and monitoring of market trends, competitor analysis, and advances in healthcare to embed within strategy and implementationCreate business cases to demonstrate the value and financial viability of new clinical programsCollaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of new clinical programsOversee the activities CHN Strategy with the Senior Director, including program planning, developing work plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and identifying new opportunitiesSupport with communication activities, identifying synergies and opportunities for collaboration and creating processes to manage these activitiesWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred5-10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, analytics, or management consultingProven experience in developing business cases and understanding financial modelsKnowledge of clinical program development and implementationProficiency in project management methodologies and toolsStrong financial acumen with experience in creating measurement and evaluation plans.Exceptional presentation and public speaking skillsStrong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and convey complex conceptsExperience working with complex data sets and collaborating with technical/data partnersAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a dynamic environmentHigh sense of accountability with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and solutionsProven relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholdersWhy work at Shoppers Drug Mart?Acting as consultants, supporting internal customers and the Associate-Owners, you will get experience unique to the retail industry while working for an award-winning national brand.
