Our client is seeking a Director of Installations to join their team in Calgary. The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and manage the installation team and serve on the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven leader who is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Operate in a fast-paced, team-driven, executive role
• Facilitate weekly level 10 meetings, and participate in leadership team meetings (Weekly, Quarterly, and Annually)
• Manage installation workforce – facilitate performance reviews, negotiate compensation, coordinate staffing levels, and coordinate employee development
• Oversee the project management team. This team is responsible for managing projects, schedules, and installations at a regional level.
• Offer technical assistance on advanced projects.
• Solve issues, remove roadblocks, and set the installation team up for success
• Report on Installation team metrics
• Manage Installation team budget

Your strengths include:

• 10 years of proven experience managing people in a construction environment or technology environment.
• Experience as a project manager
• A professional background in audio-visual integration is preferred
• Experience managing a highly skilled technical workforce
• Leadership Team experience will be considered an asset
• Experience in an EOS organization will be considered an asset
