3 years experience as a manager in a distribution environment
Managing up to 20 employees
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
Communication SkillsDuties:
“Hands on” warehouse manager
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency
Responsible for ALL the functions of running a 40000 sq foot facility
Dealing with large wholesale accounts
Financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
Enforcing company rules and regulations
Managing staff, building teams, training employees and monitoring production performance
Communicating and interacting with clients, vendors, suppliers and customers
Working with WMS
