Your Opportunity at SECURE:As our District Administrator you will be responsible for providing customer support in receiving orders from internal/external customers and coordinating with Secures logistics team to ensure timely product delivery to our customers.This role is based out of Edmonton, Alberta. By working together, we ensure timely and efficient product delivery, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while upholding our commitment to safety and excellence. Work Environment:This is a 18 month fixed term contract. A Day in The Life:

  • Accurate data entry of customer orders into our computerized system with special attention to accuracy and timelines
  • Ensure a focus on quality, service excellence and efficiency within areas of responsibility
  • Receiving orders via phone/email
  • Coordinate activities with Logistics team for delivery/manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Performs related duties and/or projects as required
  • Foster a team-environment by sharing knowledge and information
  • Openly discuss the opportunities to improve performance
  • Contribute and represent the Secure team as an efficient, professional and capable team
  • Follow and support Secure policies, procedures and guidelines including those relating to Health, Safety and Environment
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, incoming/outgoing mail, shipping and receiving
  • Provide Administrative support to Sales Team
  • Perform all activities in accordance with established safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Play an active role in efforts to improve the working environment to ensure the safety and health of all employees
  • Ability to be flexible in duties and take on additional tasks as necessary

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, supply chain, distribution and blending/manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Customer service concepts
  • Experience with accounts receivables/payables
  • Ability to maintain accurate and complete records and prepare clear and detailed reports.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure, determine priorities and produce high quality results
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
  • High level of integrity; ethical and trustworthy
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to be flexible, self-motivated and work without immediate day-to-day supervision with a drive to exceed expectations.
