Job description: A well-established company in the fashion field, located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent, is currently looking for an EDI Coordinator to join its team!Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Outbound Logistics Manager, the coordinator will be
primarily responsible for shipping US and/or Canadian orders. THE
coordinator will be part of a team whose main responsibility is to monitor and
organize all sales orders to be prepared and shipped according to the windows
of the vessel and customer requirements. The coordinator will monitor orders for the list
customers for whom he will be responsible daily or weekly. Coordinate the
shortages, overcharges, delays and other related problems with customer service,
sales, inbound logistics and warehouse teams. The person will be responsible for
prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of all documentation transactions,
routing and EDI required which will take place according to the set deadlines.Advantages

Monitoring of sales orders and preparation for picking ·
-Communication with others involved in case picking or allocation of orders is
incorrect
-Communication with the warehouse for order preparation·
Routing
Preparation of outgoing documents for each order
Communication in case orders require changesQualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual in French and English
 Outbound logistics experience – knowledge of main US and Canadian retailers
 Understanding and basic operations of EDI
 Momentis experience an asset
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Strong understanding of warehouse, cargo preparation and retailers’ compliancesSummary
