In this role, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of electrical projects for both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise will ensure that we provide accurate, competitive bids while maintaining our high standards of customer service and workmanship.Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
- Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to understand the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to clarify project requirements and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and materials to ensure estimates are competitive.
- Assist in developing strategies for bidding and winning contracts.
- Maintain records of all estimates, proposals, and other project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
