The Electrician Journeyperson Base Rate is $51.05/hr. This is a temporary position starting August 15th and completing on September 30th on a 7/7 day shift rotation, working 12 hours per day. Camp accommodations are provided at the Richardson camp, all rooms have a private washroom, and the camp is walking distance to the site footprint. Flights are provided out of Calgary or Edmonton flight hubs.Why join our team?

As an Electrician Journeyperson your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Expert conduit skills.
• Expert with circuitry planning and installations.
• Expertly read and comprehend drawings and specifications.
• Expert control systems planning and installation.
• Proficient multi-meter, Meggar, Phase Rotation meter and AMP-Meter usage.
• Proficiency in ARC Flash awareness.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyperson certification as an Electrician Journeyperson.
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
• Physical aptitude to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working at heights.

Minimum Requirements:

• This role requires a satisfactory criminal record check due to access to nuclear substances.
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or CSTS-09
• Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space Entry & Monitor
• Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Arrest and/or Fall Protection
• Aerial Work Platform
• Basic Rigging
• Valid Government Issued Identification
