Job description: Position ScopeWe are seeking a Equipment Records Analyst to support our North American Construction Group Branch in Acheson, AB. Reporting to the Equipment and Cost Specialist Manager, The Fleet Equipment Records Analyst primary responsibility is to maintain, revise as requested, and regularly audit the accuracy of the JDE Equipment Master, Internal Rates Tables, and Internal Rate table transactions. - Create and maintain accurate standardized Asset set up with consistent attributes based on standards developed by the Fleet department
- Manage new item requests for additions and changes to the Equipment Master through the designated process and form(s)
- Run and maintain equipment set up integrity checks and communicate and correct discrepancies
Process requests for additions and/or changes to Equipment Rate Tables
- Upload and maintain accurate standardized Equipment Rate tables and unit specific rates developed by the Fleet department
- Setup Manage new item requests for additions and changes to the Equipment Master through the designated process and form(s)
- Run and maintain equipment recovery integrity checks and communicate and correct discrepancies
Update Fleet Report database files
- Extract specific data from JDE with DAS reports and update existing tables
- Collaborate with Fleet Equipment Analyst to ensure integrity of tables
- Trouble shoot discrepancies found in integrity checks
Monitor Location, Support and rental equipment Billing
- Run DAS /Excel reports and with collaboration with Fleet Equipment Analysts identify inconsistencies in location and/or billing amounts identify necessary corrections and notify relevant stakeholders
- Provide Monthend billing of MNALP indirects
Support and Backfill duties of Fleet Administrator
- Create purchase order requisitions and create weekly reports
- Rental Equipment contract and related documentation file management
Maintain and improve documentation of business processes specific to your areas of responsibilityQualificationsWhat Makes You the ONE
- Minimum of two years’ administrative or systems administrator experience
- Two to three years’ experience in a computerized office environment with exposure to financial transactions specifically those related to heavy equipment
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar large scale ERP systems would be an asset
- Experience in heavy equipment and mining operations would be an asset
- Minimum of 2 year post-secondary education related to Business, Information Technology or Computer Science with certificate. Business diploma would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft software package
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel program.
