- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
To succeed, you will needYou have 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar role. General understanding of mechanical processes. Understanding in what pattern the tool/product is operating, and what principles it followsSystem Diagnostic: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and troubleshoot issues within (vacuum) systems
Electrical and Mechanical Skills: Great foundation in both electrical and mechanical engineering principles to repair components such as motors, seals, and control systems. This enables you to perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system calibrations, to extend the lifespan of equipment. Including stripping it down to component level = inspecting all things, spare parts, etc.
Customer Oriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Job locationYou will be part of our customer center in Niagara Falls, NY. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Califronia/Oregon.
