While reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will be responsible for providing financial reporting, month end and taxation support to the accounting department. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the month and year-end process, including interim audit preparation, intercompany confirmations, and physical inventory

• Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards the process and development of those improvements

• Prepare, file and ensure compliance with sales tax requirements across Canadian provinces and U.S. taxes.
• Proactively analyze and resolve issues

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant university/college degree

• CPA or near completion a strong asset

• At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• SAP experience is an asset
