In this Financial Analyst role you would be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to senior management, as well as conducting thorough research and preparing financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong analytical mindset.Responsibilities:-Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)-Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data-Bank reconciliations-Costs Budget Process-Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and insights-Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested by management-Perform other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements:Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field-Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation-Fluently Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)-Minimum of 3 years of related work experience-Excellent working knowledge of reconciliations, including bank reconciliations-Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)-Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards-Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reportingIf this position interests you, please do not hesitate to apply online or call us at 555-555-5555 and ask to speak with BOBJob Reference Number: 0012973449
