Job description: Reporting directly to the Finance Director in the Architecture & Urbanism division of a global business area, the successful candidate will support in providing value-adding insight and analysis to the Global Division. The candidate will work in collaboration with high-performing local and regional finance teams, evaluating core business performance as well as internal and external investment cases and supporting data quality and consistency checks across internal reporting platforms.This role will have a focus on Business Intelligence and reporting but will also dovetail with other financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to provide a resilient FP&A function for the global business area.Advantages

Reporting lines:
Finance Director, Global Architecture & UrbanismIndividual accountabilities:Support finance with monthly reporting and throughout forecasting/budget cycles.
Provide value-adding insight, analysis on results, improvement of working capital, and planning & forecasting analysis.
Analyze the order book and pipeline, including commercial analysis and insights development.
Ensure validation and consistency of financial information across reporting platforms (OneStream, Oracle, and Power BI).
Support the finance function, both local and within the global business area, to deliver best practices.
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
Support growth function in areas such as Oracle Sales Cloud, Gigafactory management/accounting, five-year roadmap modeling, bid/pursuit support, and integration synergy analysis.
Assist both FP&A and growth teams with ad hoc analysis as required.

Delivery of timely and high-quality financial support.Qualifications
Profile requirements:
The ideal candidate is a part-qualified accountant or equivalent by experience, with relevant experience working in a medium/large global organization. Other required experience and competencies for this role include:Very strong data skills and reporting (BI/Excel) capabilities
Attention to detail and consistent high standards
Self-starter with excellent time management skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, and result-driven attitude
IT literate with ERP experience, including strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables and lookup functions), MS Power BI experience preferred, and Oracle Cloud preferred
Familiarity with finance terminology and the ability to understand P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Fluency in English
