The Financial Service Representative plays a critical role in achieving the goal of the organization by building strong and long lasting member relations through providing members with exceptional services.Skill RequirementsRequired Experience:

• Post Secondary education in finance or business preferred;
• 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services sales’ environment with a proven track record in sales;
• Self-starter that has an independent mindset and proactively provides service to our members;
• Knowledge of DNA banking system strongly preferred;
• Ability to discuss recommendations based around investments in Non-Registered and Registered Products
• Ability to provide professional advice and education with an ability to address credit and investment needs.
• Superb member service skills, including dealing with difficult member situations;
• Must be bondable.

What you’d be doing:

• Understanding members’ financial needs and offering appropriate solutions via phone, email, and in person while actively participating in revenue generation through sales to meet performance objectives.
• Within approval limits, approve or provide recommendations on products and services including new accounts, loans, mortgages, lines of credit, investment products, MeritLines, and insurance.
• Follows up with delinquencies and other correspondences, as required, including loans, LOCs, mortgages and MasterCard.
• Responsible for holding estate meetings ensuring completion and closure from document intake to account creation.
• Reconciles, daily, new loan reports and verifies daily loans to ensure that all documents pertaining to the loan are properly filled out and the information is inputted on DNA and LOS correctly;
