Be part of a trail-blazing team that is expanding the footprint of Oracle JDE Edwards (E1) across Finance, Procurement, Subcontract and Reporting capabilities.Here’s how an Financial Systems Analyst for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:Responsibilities
- Provides complex issue resolution support for the applicable areas within the ERP applications.
- Provides internal customer support on the interface between the ERP and the affiliated internal and external applications.
- Assists in the research, analysis and implementation of system fixes, enhancements, and upgrades related to the ERP system.
- Works with external business partners for technical assistance.
- Tests system fixes and enhancements for the ERP system.
- Assists in creating and promoting fixes and enhancements from development through production environments documenting and leading the ERP change management process.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of end-user documentation.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3 years of progressive experience in a related field preferred.
- Experience within the construction or a related industry preferred.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.
- Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas of the organization including external partners.
- Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information.
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software.
