Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate inventory and supplies required for meal preparation. Manage produce and pop orders.
- Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff according to requests from customers.
- Adjust posted work schedules and procedures as per business need.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food.
- Ensure that food service and quality control.
- Address customers’ complaints and concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports.

Salary: 17.25 per your, 35 to 40 hours per week

Experience:
2 or more years.
