Job description: Job Description:Robert Half is currently partnering with a thriving client in their search for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate possesses a command of all aspects of general accounting and bookkeeping, including preparing financial statements, accounts payable, and receivables.Responsibilities:
- Accurately process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Post journal entries to the general ledger as required
- Reconcile the general ledger up to Trial Balance or through Financial Statements
- Review and verify financial documents and reports
- Manage budget preparation and compare with actual expenditures
- Perform full charge bookkeeping duties, overseeing all financial accounts and records
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
